Initial consultation, either in person or over the phone is at no cost to you. Depending on the situation this conversation will result in an estimate, quote or a referral if we are not able to assist you. Our basic commercial service rate is $125 per hour plus a travel charge depending on distance. Lower rates and guaranteed response times are available with service contracts or for home office clients. Please email or call for details. Payment is expected prior to delivery of equipment or at the time service is provided. Corporate credit cards, company checks (verified funds), cashiers check or cash are accepted. Credit applications are available and require 30 to 45 days to process. If credit terms are provided a late fee of 1.5% per month will be added to any past due balance. Any equipment is provided with full manufacturer warranty. Sansbox Consulting does not offer any additional guarantee or statement of suitability for any product. Custom configurations, special orders and open boxes are not returnable. Any approved return is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Service is provided on a time and materials, "best efforts" basis. We pride ourselves on specifying milestones, quality check points and customer sign offs on completed tasks. If at any time you are not satisfied with progress being made let us know and we will put a hold on the accumulating time. We will either address your concerns and restart the clock or put things back to a reasonable condition and terminate the engagement. You will only be responsible for service hours expended and travel fees up to the time we are made aware of your concern. We provide service at the highest level of quality, but due to the nature of complex computer systems we do not offer explicit service warranty. |
